  • Inquiries: If you have questions, the front desk or information desk is available to assist you.
  • Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited within patient rooms and hospital premises.
  • Valuables: Please safeguard personal belongings, such as purses and other valuables
  • Respect Privacy: Maintain the privacy of all patients by being discreet and considerate.
  • Quiet Environment: Keep noise levels low and speak softly to ensure a restful atmosphere.
  • Emergency Situations: Follow all staff instructions during emergencies or special circumstances.
  • Cooperation:Visitors may occasionally be asked to step out of a patient’s room during care procedures.
For Outpatient Visitors: What to Expect

When visiting as an outpatient, you can expect:

  1. Registration: Patients begin by registering at the front desk
  2. Triage: A nurse assesses vital signs and determines the relevance of the visit to the physician.
  3. Consultation: A 20–30 minute session with a physician allows for a thorough medical history, physical examination, and discussion of any required tests (e.g., lab work or imaging).
  4. Treatment Plan: Patients receive personalized care, including medication, therapy, or specialist referrals. Follow-up appointments and check-ins are scheduled as necessary.

Patient Responsibilities

To help us provide the best care, patients are encouraged to:

  • Use the call bell if their condition changes or they need assistance.
  • Inform the doctor of all medications they are taking, including over-the-counter drugs.
  • Notify the doctor of any allergies or adverse reactions to medications.
  • Share comprehensive health information with the physician.
  • Consult with a nurse before leaving the room; otherwise, remain in the room for safety.
